KPIs
Total measures, Not started, In progress, Completed, Overdue, and average progress. An overall progress bar reflects the breakdown.
The Overdue measures table lists, for each one, the measure, its method and its source — i.e. the scenario or failure mode it originates from.
Snapshots
The Snapshot button records the current day's progress, with an optional label ("Q1 audit", "Monthly review"…).
No snapshot, no curve
The Trend tab compares snapshots: it stays empty until at least one has been recorded. Taking a snapshot at every review is what makes progress demonstrable over time — the current state alone says nothing about the dynamics.
A view, not an entry point
Measures are entered in the methods or in the action plan. This page only reads them.
